MineLife respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same.

This Copyright Policy explains how MineLife responds to claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. §512.

1. User Responsibility for Content

Users may upload or publish content on the MineLife platform, including but not limited to:

  • Professional profiles
  • Company descriptions
  • Product listings
  • Project information
  • Images and photographs
  • Documents and reports
  • Logos and branding materials

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to upload and publish any content they submit to MineLife.

Users must not upload or distribute content that infringes the copyrights or intellectual property rights of others.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you believe that content on MineLife infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to MineLife's designated Copyright Agent.

Your notice must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the MineLife platform (URL or sufficient description).
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Copyright Agent

DMCA notices should be sent to MineLife's designated Copyright Agent:

MineLife LLC
Email: [email protected]

MineLife may request additional information to verify the validity of copyright claims.

4. Removal of Infringing Content

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, MineLife may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

MineLife may also notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed due to a copyright complaint.

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to MineLife.

A counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the United States and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA notice.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter-notice is received, MineLife may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

MineLife may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or intellectual property rights of others.

MineLife reserves the right to determine what constitutes repeat infringement at its sole discretion.

7. Good Faith Use

Submitting false or misleading copyright claims may expose the complaining party to legal liability.

Copyright complaints should only be submitted for legitimate claims of infringement.
